Marketing Executive
Responsible for executing marketing initiatives tailored to elevate the casino experience and drive customer loyalty. You will manage customer relationships to ensure they reach profitable levels, creating bespoke, high-touch marketing strategies that align with our luxury standards.
Required: A minimum of three (3) years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the luxury hospitality or casino industry.

Executive Director, Finance Operations
Lead a multi-person team responsible for all areas of finance operations. Ensure the internal control environment is sound and adhered to. Accountable for the operational accounting function and financial statement accuracy. Drives key operational and strategic initiatives by developing and implementing a strategic plan and vision for the property consistent with the vision/mission, and serves as a key member of the property's executive committee. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent experience. Six (6) years of leadership experience preferred.

Assist in decorating luxurious cakes and pastries with premium ingredients and cutting-edge techniques to create visually captivating designs, including intricate sugar art, delicate fondant, and detailed piping.
Required: One (1) year of baking experience

Responsible for directing and managing the property's Player Development program, including host relationship marketing strategies, guest engagement initiatives, and utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology. Collaborates with property leadership to execute plans that drive revenue, enhance guest loyalty, and support overall profitability. Three (3) years of experience in a casino marketing or player development leardership role, with demonstrated success in guest relationship management, sales and CRM utilization.
