Assistant Restaurant Manager, Buffet Americana:
Responsible for daily operations of Buffet Americana restaurant. making daily floor plans to ensure proper coverage of stations, supervising floor service in dining rooms during hours of operation and maintaining communication with Chef on all food service, inspecting food to assure freshness and quality, as well as ingredient inventory and menu issues.
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum of two (2) years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, two (2) years of supervisory experience in the food service environment, and basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as office equipment such as telephone, copier and fax machine.
Restaurant Cook:
Responsible for expediting food service coordination, skillfully applying culinary techniques and operations to assigned stations, using proper food handling techniques and following all health and safety standards. Knowledge of working with sauté, sauce, grill, cold seafood, pastry and appetizer stations.
Required: High Scool Diploma or equivalent. Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Cook in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Availability to work varied shifts, including some weekends and holidays.

Hotel Guest Services Representative:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure a safe and friendly environment, assist front desk staff with party blocks, reporting any maintenance problems to management, housekeeping and/or engineering.
Required: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent, one (1) year of Customer Service experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Housekeeping Floor Supervisor:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests by overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned floors and ensuring the overall cleanliness of property rooms. All duties are to be performed per federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices, and procedures.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of relevant hospitality industry experience.

Surveillance Operator:
Responsible for operating various Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) technology to monitor and/or review casino activities, audio and video evidence, and correct system malfunctions. Proactively observing footage for incident resolution, identifying suspicious behaviors and/or theft while cooperating with local Gaming Authority and coordinating with law enforcement agencies as needed.
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience
Master Painter for Luxury Property:
Responsible for executing painting projects with the highest standards of craftsmanship and skill, including preventive maintenance to enhance the beauty and elegance of our property.
Required: Three (3) years of experience using advanced techniques to restore and enhance the beauty of existing finishes, ensuring longevity and elegance.
