Business Office + Administration
Marketing Executive
Responsible for executing marketing initiatives tailored to elevate the casino experience and drive customer loyalty. You will manage customer relationships to ensure they reach profitable levels, creating bespoke, high-touch marketing strategies that align with our luxury standards.
Required: A minimum of three (3) years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the luxury hospitality or casino industry.
Culinary, Food + Beverage
Sous Chef - Buffet Americana:
Responsible for ensuring superior food quality. Train Master Cooks, Cooks, Pantry Workers, and Helpers.
Required: Minimum two (2) years of related experience in high-volume restaurant production.
Master Cook - Asian Cuisine:
Responsible for food preparation and presentation fare in an Asian-inspired Quick-Serve restaurant.
Required: Minimum one (1) year experience in high-volume food venue. Minimum two (2) years of related experience in Asian Cuisine food preparation.
Cake + Pastry Designer:
Assist in decorating luxurious cakes and pastries with premium ingredients and cutting-edge techniques to create visually captivating designs, including intricate sugar art, delicate fondant, and detailed piping.
Required: One (1) year of baking and cake decorating experience
Hospitality
Executive Host - Asian Market:
Responsible for maintaining the property's casino customer base while expediting processes to ensure excellent customer service. Ability to effectively communicate in Vietnamese.
Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. One (1) year of prior relevant experience. Two (2) years of casino marketing, VIP services. All gaming licenses/registration as required by jurisdiction(s). Must have the ability to speak Vietnamese.
Expert Wardrobe Tailor:
Responsible for fitting, altering, and repairing high-quality uniforms crafted from an array of luxurious fabrics, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. Working within precise and sophisticated guidelines, you will be entrusted with maintaining the elegance and exceptional quality of each garment, preserving the integrity of our distinguished collection.
Required: Five (5) years experience in the tailoring and sewing field.
Maintenance + Technical
Manager, Surveillance Technician:
Responsible for managing the proper installation, maintenance and repair of all surveillance systems and interfaces as per federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances as well as company polices, practices and procedures. Supervision of Serveillance Technician I, II.
Required: Bachelor's degree in information technology, electronics engineering, and/or equivalent work experience in either field. Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in Surveillance Networking.
Maintenance Engineer - Luxury Property:
Responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on all equipment, systems, and facilities, ensuring they function flawlessly to support the daily operations of the property with minimal impact on the guest experience.
Required: A minimum of one (1) year of general and preventive maintenance experience, preferably within a luxury property or high-end hospitality setting.
Master Painter - Luxury Property:
Responsible for executing painting projects with the highest standards of craftsmanship and skill, including preventive maintenance to enhance the beauty and elegance of our property.
Required: Three (3) years of experience using advanced techniques to restore and enhance the beauty of existing finishes, ensuring longevity and elegance.
