(May 15, 2025) – Gold Strike Casino Resort, the Mid-South’s premier casino resort destination, announces the highly anticipated opening of Jade Noodle Company inside its all-new Collective Kitchens venue. The fast-casual Asian dining concept is now open, bringing a vibrant blend of fresh and authentic East and Southeast Asian culinary traditions.

Jade Noodle Company’s menu features authentic dishes, including slow-braised pork belly, grilled chicken and lemongrass beef bánh mì sandwiches, all served on crisp French Vietnamese baguettes with spicy mayo and a medley of pickled cucumbers, carrots and daikon, finished with fresh cilantro and jalapeño.

Guests can also enjoy hearty noodle soups such as oxtail pho with beef shoulder tender in a traditional Vietnamese broth; tonkatsu ramen with slow-braised pork belly, marinated egg and Japanese fish cake; and shrimp and pork wonton noodle soup in chicken broth.

Comforting rice porridge options range from pork congee with century egg, seabass congee with fried shallots, and chicken congee with mushrooms and grilled chicken.

For a light and refreshing option, Vietnamese summer rolls — available with or without shrimp — provide a grab-and-go favorite wrapped in delicate rice paper and served with peanut sauce.

Beverage offerings include cold brew Vietnamese iced coffee with sweetened condensed milk, as well as matcha and taro boba milk teas. A variety of bottled beverages, soft drinks and beer are also available.

Jade Noodle Company joins the dynamic lineup at Collective Kitchens, a bold new concept at Gold Strike that brings fast-casual favorites together in one convenient location. Other offerings include BRGR & CHKN, Pinch of Southern Grill and Dough Mama’s Pizza, along with Rise Coffee & Bakery, an authorized purveyor of Starbucks® coffee.

The addition of Jade Noodle Company further enhances Gold Strike’s already renowned dining portfolio, which includes beloved spots like Buffet Americana, Drafts Bar & Grill and the award-winning Chicago Steakhouse.

Jade Noodle Company is open Wednesday and Thursday from 3-11p.m., Friday and Saturday from 2 p.m.-midnight, and Sunday from 2-10p.m.
