Apprentice Bartender
Part
Primary responsibilities are maintaining, ordering and the rotation of stock in the liquor and soda room. Help control beverage costs through proper transferring of product. Daily cleaning and maintenance of bars. Clean and organize bar to beverage and health department standards. Replenish and stock fruit trays, beer coolers and mixers. Ensure that bar is maintained and left stocked and cleaned for next shift. Deliver orders from warehouse to bars. Ensure proper set up, stocking and delivery of liquor supplies, glasses and ice. Maintains cleanliness of pump room, soda room, coolers and equipment. High School Diploma or equivalent is required and six month experience in a high volume hotel/ casino or night club required. Must have or acquire CARE Certification. Must be 21 years of age or older.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

This position assists in the management of the entire restaurant operations by being responsible for upholding Gold Strike service and appearance standards,policies and procedures. An Associate's degree in Hospitality, Management or related field of study is required and two years high volume restaurant management or supervisory experience required or an equivalent combination of education,training and experience. Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Bartender -
Part
This position prepares and serves cocktails to servers and /or guests. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required and one year bartending experience in a high volume hotel/casino or nightclub setting or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Must be at least 21 years of age or older

Food & Beverage Analyst
Full
This position generates and produces various analysis and productivity reports in order to maximize the efficiency of the Food & Beverage Division. Assists Food and Beverage cost control department, when necessary. Assists Food and Beverage leadership with various projects and any other projects as they are assigned. Assists with administration functions for Finance and Executive Director of Food and Beverage and acts as a liaison for special projects. Assists in end-of-month closing. Achieves all Financial, Services and Human Resource goals set forth by the Executive Director of Food and Beverage. Attends/leads P & L meetings. Advising/partnering with the Food and Beverage Training Specialist to ensure all standards are met and all revenues are accounted for accurately. Assists Food and Beverage Training Specialist with related projects/audits. Lead the Food and Beverage Division in all matters related to InfoGenesis. Assist and conduct training of Food and Beverage Cashiers. Document all incidents; prepare essential paperwork and present to Executive Director of Food and Beverage. Bachelor degree in accounting or hospitality or related field and two to three years of Food and Beverage cost control experience and product knowledge or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Minimum one-year supervisory experience

Kitchen Runner
Full
Properly receive product from warehouse. Rotate stock and remove from boxes. Coordinate with Department Manager for proper storage. Remove product from boxes as designated by Room Chef. Effectively manage time. Other job related duties as assigned. High School Diploma or equivalent is required and previous experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Lead Cook

Cooks consistent good quality food. Constantly monitors overtime, staff motivation. Constantly oversees product consistency and make necessary modifications according to business needs. Constantly monitors waste and overproduction, utilize leftovers, ensures proper rotation and quality control. Constantly monitors training of new employees to help them achieve higher status. Constantly monitors and enforces Company & Departmental Safety policies, Health Department Standards and all other applicable.

Master Cook
Full

Frequently responsible for various clerical duties regarding staff and kitchen operations, i.e. payroll and staff files, vacation planning, etc. Constantly responsible for monitoring food cost for their outlet, and order of all foodstuffs

Sous Chef
Full
Must have Associates degree in Culinary Arts or related field and six years high volume cooking experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Ability to positively coach employees & have strong leadership abilities. Must be familiar with progressive discipline. Assists Room Chef in monitoring overtime and staff motivation. Oversees product consistency and makes necessary modifications according to business needs. Monitors waste and over production, as well as utilizes leftovers, and ensures proper rotation and quality control. Assists Room Chef in monitoring training of new employees to help them achieve higher status and monitoring and enforcing Company & departmental safety policies, Health Department Standards and all other applicable standards. Responsible for assisting Room Chef in maintaining the overall cleanliness and equipment maintenance of their areas and assists Room Chef in preparation of menu.
