Maintains and repairs large hotel kitchen equipment.Maintaining HVAC - heating, vent, and air conditioning maintenance and repair. Repairing air handlers, VAV box, calibrating thermostats.Performing water treatment of spas, pools, cooling towers, boilers, water softeners, closed loop systems. Maintaining boiler and chiller operations and associated equipment.
Performs maintenance and repair of fire alarm response system.
Performs maintenance and operates stand-by generators. Performs maintenance and repair of pumps and pressurized water systems. Sets up and tear down of riser (platforms) for special event/concert functions
